GET ACCESS then open the damn box and reseat your modchip. It's misaligned, most likely.

its misaligned for sure.  same shit happene to me.....scared the hell out of me..beat the side of xbox 4 times..nad it worked agian..

I'm using Evox D6 and I understood that it's the latest evox bios so should I upgraed to Xecuter bios? By the way, I'm using Matrix chip

I think you need to re align your chip, if you search you should find something on this.  I remember reading on this several times.

Ok boys, I just did a matrix for my brother and it did the same to me. It does it for two reasons // a bad flash or one of the lpc pionts are off. if you press down on it will work. so reallign
it and dont over tighten it!~~!! They strip very easy.
Make sure switch one is off and 2 is on


X-ecuter are much beter quality
