Help Need To Flash Matrix

Help anyone i need help to flash my matrix mod im using the evox d6 bios i would like to change to the Xecuter2 v4976.02. Can i do this without taking the matrix mod out of my xbox. also how do i burn the new bios on to a cdrw.?
