did you only flash 1 bank? if so you can take off the jumper and boot from the other bank.

You're completely right, the X2lites have 2 banks.  Jondo, you probably couldn't choose to flash only 1 of the banks because your bios image was 1mb.  Since the banks are each 512kb, make a 512kb bios image and flash it through FlashX.  It will give you the option of which bank to flash.

But back to your original problem, you will need an external programmer or another modded xbox to hotswap your modchip with.
