I went to flash my X2 lite+ with flashx but it did not flash. The flashx menu came up and asked me to pick my bios and so i did and then said last chance press x to conferm. But did not go anywhere after i pressed x.

what do ya mean 512k on c drive ? I thought because my chip had the bank jumper on that it was flashed with a 1mb bios and not 512k.

512 to flash 1 bank, 1024 to flash both. Bank selector just chooses which bank to boot from.

In drive c of my xbox is 1.00mb bios. That must mean that my xbox chip was flash across both banks and not 1 right? So it has to be flashed across both banks or i will have to take my xbox apart and change the jumper over. Am i right.

Just leave the bios jumper on your chip if you want to flash the whole chip. Use a 1 mb bios file.
