If you are refering to flashing the bios from within evox then yes it works just fine. Just make sure your matrix is on mode 4 and that you have your new bios files in c:bios on your xbox hard drive.

I keep my matrix in mode 4 and have flashed it a couple times with no problems.  

If you let other people use your system then make sure to put a # in front of the flashbios line in the evox.ini so no one else can try to flash it.

Yes, just as Voltron says it works great, however it is possible to get a bad flash this way and then you would have to remove the chip and reflash with the external programer. It dosnt happen very often so just wanted you to be aware and not chuck your programer.
