Don't flash your Xbox with a mlodified X2 BIOS - just use a 'plain vanilla' one at first.

Too many people seem to be having problems, and you should make sure you have a way fo recovering before fiddling with things.

Don't touch it with XBTool. Use a "known good" BIOS.

Too many people have been having problems.

Let me ask you... would you replace parts on a car engine BEFORE you drove it off the car lot? Stick with what you know WORKS before f'ing it up.
