No Bios Update Found!

this is ridiculous i followed one of these threads the the point and no matter what i do when i put a flash OR bios cd in the xbox it says "No Bios Update Found... Halting!"

maybe if some1 has AIM they could send me the required files for a ozxflash thing and whatever bios? just plz i need help this is starting to really frustrate me

have u been burning the disc as an image or a data cd?!  If you have been burning from data cd, start buring it as an IMAGE.
