i just modded my friends xbox and im trying to connect to my computer with it but i cant. Im using flash fxp and i have a router. I am able to connect my xbox to my computer and im doing everything the same way. i dont know why it wont connect.

Have you made sure you're using the correct password/username? Also, what are the network settings on the Xbox? Finally, are you trying to directly/ physically connect to the Xbox, or are you trying to connect over the internet?

The xbox has a connection from the router to the xbox, the password is xbox and the username is xbox, the settings are:
type static
ip 192.168.0.100
line status 100/full duplex
setup network yes
use static ip yes
ip 192.168.0.100
subnetmask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.2.1

when i connect using flash fxp is uses prt 21, also i am only running evox of of a cd.

Try your default gateway to be 192.168.0.1

or a subnet mask of 255.255.0.0

when i change the info then exit whatever i changed just resets. and i cant change my config.ini file becausei only have evox in an iso image. Why wouldnt this work for his xbox when it would work for mine?
