My Songs And Movies Stop Before They Should

When I am playing a song or a movie it stops playing like 30 seconds before it should. I  Never here or see the last 30 seconds of a song or movie. I know it isnt the songs or the upload. I tried all the songs in XBMC and they worked fine. I just want to use XBMP.
