you have to update your codecs.  I had the same problem, but it's resolved after updating the codecs.

there's a link to the codecs download under JayDee's signature.  Sorry, don't have a link for you, just do a search for Jaydee

There was a "bad release" 2-3 weeks ago where the problem you are having was common.  I would suggest trying a new version.

or just go into the folder that is labeled 'media' then go to......just look around
