ok, i figured out the last problem and i was able to copyover the config.xml over to my desktop.

Now I have another problem

I dont understand what the instructions mean from this website. It says to open up the config file then the instructions say "Now in your music section you should see this share delete it"

What does this mean? I see a bunch of tags repeated under both movies, music and pictures. do i delete all of them and then  put in the tags that this site specifies?
