Xbmp Not Working

One day I was messing around with my Xbox Media Player and I changed the video mode to PAL. Then, when I turned on my Xbox the screen was black and white and it was all shaky. I managed to get it back to NTSC. When I rebooted my Xbox and tried to run Media Player, it would not work. I was wondering if it was possible to somehow fix this or reinstall the player somehow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Thanks for the help. I found a new version if XBMC and I installed it. It works great and I like it a lot. Now I have to figure out how to set the weather to update my city instead of London.
