i'm not too sure what media you have but i think its something like this in the config.xml file. you have to add this under the section you want it ie. if its pictures add it into the pictures tree, videos into the video part of XBMP config.xml file.
use something like dreamweaver to edit it manually. the best thing might be to copy and paste an existing entry and altering that just in case.

of course you can change the name to say whatever you like and the URL must be the correct directory. so, if you have everything in a folder names pics or whatever it would be that instead
the cache size is set like that for pics. it's bigger for videos, so check what your config.xml file says and copy one of the entries from there
