If it was your region type that was changed ntsc to pal ect... (which is what happened to me). I was simply able to use the enigmah video switcher boot disc, plop it in the xbox (of course it will be done blindly) and hit A for pal, and B for NTSC. Oh yeah and make sure that your box isn't hooked up to the tv while your doing it. I've heard that this works for some and others it dosen't. Luckly it did for me and I'm a whole lot happier for it.
