I use Advanced WMA Studio for converting to WMA, and then the Xbox Soundtrack Editor to put them into the appropriate soundtracks in the Xbox.
Now, you know what would be neat... a feature in XBMC to take an mp3, and convert it to WMA and put it in the Soundtrack section, without needing the PC at all... Oh well, I can dream.
