Well, I found a program on Sourceforge that seems to do what I want.  Release notes can be found at http://mp3imagetagex...ader/index.html

I can't get Java set up to actually run the program though.  I downloaded and installed the ~90meg Java 1.4.2 package from http://java.sun.com/...2/download.html but can't figure out how to start it.  Running the PLS cmd batch file just gives me an error that java is not a command :\
