Missing Shoutcastlive.dll

when i try to install relax through the command prompt it says that i am missing SHOUTcastlive.dll. i tried acouple times and still get the same problem. anyone know wher ei can get this .dll or waht i did wrong?

I appear to be having the same problem. Does anyone have any idea?

My guess is that it comes with something else that most people have installed but for some reason I don't ....

Edit:
In future I will remember to check older versions of the software. Turned out 0.76Pre only had updates to the .exe files and everything else was in the 0.75 archive.
