I upgraded to xbmp2.4+ from xbmp2.4 and that fixed the issue.

I can connect, upload, download with XBMP. Even i play a movie. But, speed will be down only 500 kb/sec. Just configure again your config.xml

Goofy,

Show us your ip settings in xbmp, and let us know the ip of your PC and xbox. It's all in the settings. And it does work.
