I suspect you need to fix this line in config.xml:

<dashboard>xboxdash.xbe</dashboard>
   <shutdowntime>0</shutdowntime>
   <sensitivity>0.2</sensitivity>
   <xnsbuffer>8192</xnsbuffer>
