Ftp Still Fuct Up

Im using Avalaunch as my dash my xboxs Ip is 192.168.1.47 and  im using the DHCP setting.The newsfeeds roll by and im pretty sure i can use linksboks. So i have connect but when I try to use a FTP program it say connect refused help ive been 3 days without FTPing

You may want to skip the router and try with just a crossover cable to simplify things a bit if you're having problems thru the router.

You need to make a few settings to your PCs network settings.

Cant Do That cuz my router is my modem and I need that to transfer right?? dude seriously FTP was workin just fine then 1 day xbox refusin connection

No, you don't need your modem to transfer.  But you do need a crossover cable for a direct connection.  This does sound like a firewall problem, so first try disablinf all firewall,s including the windows one in the control panel.  If that doesn't work, try the direct-connect option.
