Setting Default Audio Track

ok i tried ripping dvds to the xbox and i found that it takes a whil and then you need to go find the file that are the movie chapters or whatever they are....
and then add them to a playlist with y button...
but.......

when they go from to the next they change adio tracks...usually to the directors comentary...how do i fix this????
