cant get IMDB but i can stream music with shoutcatst.pls files

Join the club - maybe the URL changed or was modified at the IMDB site.

I was so impressed and looking forward to using this feature, Oh well.

Anyone know of a fix or a solution ? I couldnt find anything about it on
XBMP forums either.

Dont flame me, But I've started my search for answers in the folder of
XBMPweb

I noticed that it contains GoAhead WebServer 2.1

So Im thinking its something to do with it and maybe some cgi code

I'll report back with any findings

Strange..

I am having the same problem with the latest build and the one prior .

Had Imbd working before...something is certainly amiss here.

Both CDDB and IMBD work flawlessly with the XBMC install I have as well.

I just messed with it again. For some films it is coming right up. For others I get the error screen. I do notice that for the searches that come right up there is no 'choice' (i.e. it definitely knows the movie, I don't get 4-5 options that come up in a match and then select). I'm in the middle of a film right now. I may toy with it again later.

My IMDB stopped working about 2 months ago. Always with the invalid url. XBMP cached all my old movies that I had requested info on 2 months ago and they are still available because it is in the IMDB folder on F:. Any new movie results in invalid url. Is it a simple link change or what??
