I have been having trouble getting streaming music to work. I am using ccxstream on a windows 98 os. I am using a linksys router. XBMP is v2.4. Could someone please send me their config.xml files or explain the correct protocol for xbmsp(works with ccxstream). I feel like I have tried everything and have been ftping back and forth trying to get it to work with different info written into the config.xml files and in the dos window for ccxstream. I would use relax but that is not for win98 os. I have also tried to use my other computer, an apple mac os 10.2 with xbmsx and I can't get streaming to work there either.
I feel like I am missing something simple yet don't know what it is. I have gone thru the readme file for xbmp so many times yet this still does not work.
Any help would be great.
