Can't Display Vob And Srt Subtilte

I don't seems to be able to get any subtitle display be it vobsub or srt, i burnt a disc with subtitle and it came out well in windows mediaplayer but when i use my xbox to play it, everything plays well but just no subtitle.i have already enable subtitle in xbmp settings. my xbmp is 2.4 cvs.
btw, how do i enable chinese subtitle to be display, is there any tutorial? how to copy fonts into xbmp?
