How Do I Uninstall A Service (like Relax)

Hi I am trying to figure out how to uninstall the service shoutgrabber or shout something that downloads the newest shoutcast channels.  I installed it as a service and it is configured to the wrong drive so I need to uninstall it but dont know how.
I go under the manage section of the system services but there is no area to remove service so I can reinstall it
I hope this is somewhat clear??
