i just use the logitech radio controller... not a remote but works great.

You need the dongle anyway so it has to be an MS or a knock off with the dongle. XBMP didn't used to work with the knock off. I'm not sure if 2.4 was coded for it or it was in a newer CVS release.

i'm always screwing up my evox menu like when i'm ftp-ing something... i switch to the TV and use the TV remote and it selects things in evox!

it sucks! the directional arrows on the tv remote and then enter button are the same as on teh xbox controller!

i have one of those reprogramable rca remotes that came with my sat reciever is there a code or do i just put it in *learn* mode???
