Changing Verticle Pos Of Lower Right Controls

How can I change the verticle position of the controls, the ascending/descending and XX/XX, in the lower right portion of the screen in programs/music/pictures/videos sections?
I need to do this because it does not show up completly on my tv.
If there is no config file to change, could someone point out what I would need to change in the source code?
