$home In Xbmp 2.4 Cvs 8-24-03 Build

From what I could tell, yes, $home pretty much points to the directory that you've installed XBMP to.  But then again, I'm neither a programmer, nor a member of the XBMP team, so I may be completely wrong.

It just means "look in the root". The Variable is assigned in the app, the user cannot assign $home a new value.

yeh home means look in he directory of the xbe file. thats why u dont and cant set it without moving the whole of xbmp

I'm confused.   Can the xbmp folder still go on e:/apps/xbmp?
