<address>192.168.0.102</address> <-- Adress of the XBOX
<subnet>255.255.255.0</subnet>    <-- Subnet to use
<gateway>192.168.2.1</gateway>   <-- Adress to the nic on the computor with ICS going

I see you set the nameserver to another ip. Try setting it to the same as the gateway.
Also make sure ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) is on for that nic (network interface card) and if you have a firewall check so it lets you through and that it dont block the inbound connections smile.gif

I did an ipconfig/all and sure enough the gateway was 192.168.0.1 and not 192.168.2.1  I would  have never thought of this as i would have figured that if these settings were wrong then nothing would work.
