what server are you using. I had the same problem using ccxstream. It works fine with Relax though

You have to name the thumbs like this.

ie spiderman.avi must be named spiderman.tbn

Also the thumbs must be 64 x 64 pixels.

I use film soundtrack covers from amazon and resize them using Multiple Image Resizer.NET
