Movie Play In Uncorrect Size

Ok, seems for each avi movies, I need to manully change the Aspect ratio (kind of stupid...)

Now one thing I noticed is, xbox mediaplayer always cut part of the screen, because for example: I have a movie video size 640x360, but xbox mediaplayer only shows the movie has a input of 640x334 - so always part of the video get cutted.....Anyone else noticed this?
