its a limitation on the FATX filesystem, I dont think it will ever be fixed. Just the same as the 137 GB limit.

If that is so then I would not be able to read more that 2GB worth of data of a DVD in on any Linux XBox , and the fact is I can see all Fatx DVD partiontions and read all 4,7 GB of data ...

guys,guys,

Yesterday there was a newsflash on the site,XMBP could now read more than 2 gig,for exactly 4,38 gig.

But I don't know how to upgrade my version to this, I have XBMP 2.4.

jerm, i updated to the 2.4+ cvs earlier, its just a matter of deleting the old folder and making a new one with the same name and transferring the contents of the archive ...

Transfer your old config.xml if you've changed it heavily,. plus theres a few new additions in there not in your old one, that you can manually enter [eg theres an LED color, by default your led will be off if you dont copy the line over and change the value]

Probably also want the contents of your thumbs folder if you use those...
