How Do I Get My Skins To Work?

iv downloaded some skins but i cant get them working
iv copied the media file over and renamed the old one
and done the same with skin.xml

when i try to boot up xbmp - it just loads and loads

yea, i also use to rename but, whenever i loaded xbmp it would freeze on me all the time. So i decided to delete the skin.xml and media folder, and upload the same skin or other skin i would want to use. i do this everytime and it works.

laugh.gif sorry bout that.
what i should of said was. Yes delete the media folder and skin.xml and retransfer the same skin over again and it should work. (does for me everytime
