Create an XISO disk image instead.

You will not be able to see the DVD-R's contents on a PC though.

Where can I find this "UDF-128"?

It sounds like I'm having the same sort of problem:

I'm using Nero, and I tried burning another disc with the 'xbox' tab checked off and still no go. I'm attempting to burn about 6 XVid movies onto dvdr so I can play them in the XBMP, but the first 2 or 3 will play fine, but the rest either won't play, or will play part of the first movie, etc - wierd stuff like that.

It seems as though it has problems with stuff over the 2GB mark.
