want to backup some DVDs

As long as they are not CSS encrypted you can use boXplorer. But if they are "retail" movies, they are probably encrypted and you would have to decrypt the vob files on a PC first...  wink.gif

I also backup DVDs on my XBOX HD temporarily. I rip the VOBs of the DVDs on my PC and copy them to the XBOX. However when I watch the Vobs with XBmp 2.4 the video looks interlaced (unwatchable). However the feature list of XBmp states it deinterlaces such video files?
So, Does XBmp do basic deinterlace or not?

Thanks,

Patrick
