open the config file. replace all e: with f: and make sure the paths are right. IE(you my have "pictures" it may be looking for "Picture")

fixed my problem backslash were missing from map of harddisk partition

By default config.xml HDD share for movies looks like . . .
<share>
<name>HDD</name>
<url>e:\videos</url>
<cachesize>8192</cachesize>
</share>
If your xbox HDD partition where your movies reside is e:\movie then put e:\movie in between <url></url>
