Is this the latest build i.e 27-5 wrapped up in a new 2.4 package or are their new features / bug fixes?

just checked the usual place 5 mins ago and it wasn't there.

the release notes of version 2.4 has been posted about one hour ago...so i guess it will be up soon

Keep in mind it's the 2.4 SOURCE that's been released.. It still must be compilied, then shipped out to the usual places.. Give it time my children, it will be there very soon..
