Why Use Xbmp?

Why play games and movies from xbmp? I see no reason to, because running them from evox works fine. Is there any benefit to run them from xbmp?

XBMP can quit out to evoxdash just as you can load XBMP from evox.

Personally i still use evox as dash as i love my Queen of the Dammned skin.

So you mean you play your xvids/divx/qt/vcd/svcd´s straight from evo-x????? wink.gif

And why use evo-x to start games when you can do it with xbmp?
From evo-x you can "just" launch other applications.

With xbmp you can do that plus play mp3s, movies etc without the need to start another application.

If you only play games than evox is fine I guess, the one function I do miss from Evox is the skins,  but XBMP has some good skins these days, hopefully soon  we will be able to change them on the fly  just as evox can

its kinda like asking why drink pepsi when there's coke?
or why drive a chevy when there's honda?

its a choice, simple as that.  Both seem to have their advantages and disadvantages.
