CDDA (music cds) does not work in xbmp.

how ever there is a workarounf for it.

The cd player.cut and the <autolaunchcdda> set right will start the msdash wich can play cdda whenever a audio cd is started/inserted in xbmp.

cdda may be just slightly better than properly encoded 192kbps+ mp3, but the size trade off makes cdda a poor choice IMHO. 74 mins Vs. 7+ hrs. its a pretty simple decision for me

ditto

XBMP 2.3 CVS Compile 6-04-2003

6-05-2003

Updated config.xml for cdda, updated codecs.conf.

- CDDA playback (works with goom visualization!)

What exactly did you change?

Been trying to get this to work, but can't get it to work...

Did you actualy update the whole XBMP with XBMP CVS Build/Compile 5 June 2003 or later?
