This is not a problem, just wondering why.

I have xbmp running fine, config.xml set up the way i want it, have relax running on Pc
but I noticed that if I deleted the shares i'd created in relax e.g c:music etc.
Xbmp still allowed me to stream music, I've deleted all the shares in relax and yet xmbp will still access any folder i tell it to in the config.xml just as long as relax is running.

I was just wondering if anyone could explain this to me.

if you have not rebooted old Relax cfg is probably just running in RAM.

i just deleted all my shares and exited Relax . . . it deleted all my shares . . .

i just deleted the  . . . RelaX_Config.XML file and rebooted PC.

it remade the file with all but one of my shares ip address was also missing
from trusted ip list!

huh.gif  blink.gif  uhh.gif  rotfl.gif

when i run relax.exe it appears to be getting the config from this new
RelaX_Config.XML file it re-created!

edit . . .

Someone somewhere will now why this is happening . . . for now i'm just
gonna enjoy it whilst it is working . . .

also noticed that . . . RelaX_Config.XML is written to disk when PC is rebooted.

can be confirmed by date and time stamp on the file properties.
