OK, burned it on a DVD-R and that didn't help, still takes a long time to boot and still takes a long time to start a shoutcast station. After it's fully buffered it "hangs" for about 30 seconds and than it plays.

I wil make an older build version later tonight and compare the 2, will keep you posted!
