Vcds On Xbmp?

Ive got several SVCDS and VCDS and I always have to burn them to cds then play them on the XBOX for them to work!  Im running XBMP2.3 and if I try extracting the MPEG or DAT file out of the SVCD VCD bin file and copy that MPEG OR DAT to the xbox hard drive...and play them with XBMP....it comes up pixelated and I cant view it at all...what am i doing wrong?  Why does it work fine when i burn the BIN but not when I transfer just the MPEG/DAT to the hard drive????????????

Just copy the bin files over to the xbox. XBMP can play bins. That is what i do when i want to watch a movie. There is no need to extract them or convert them.

wow...completely unaware XBMP can play bin files...thanks...gonna try it right now

i think u have a corrupt version....get on irc and get it from xbins

2.0 is old as hell. Get 2.4 from xbins.
