copy the sub and rename it to .txt

I had few .ogm files with .ssa subtitles and they did not work with relax but changing .ssa to .txt worked for me

movie.ssa
movie.txt
movie.ogm

The layout of the file maybe incorrect.
try a different sub for instance

do you have your <subtitles>F:\Videos\Movies\subtitles</subtitles> dir set (That is just an example)
