Yes, turn on id3 tags in Settings->General->Show ID3 tag info

If you're streaming XNSCast or .PLS or .SC-live files through RelaX, you will not get track names or recording ability.  Try playing a .SC file (remote or local) or a .PLS file copied to your xbox HDD and you should be all set.
