did u burn using nero?

This sounds like you may have burned the disk in ISO mode rather then in UDF.

ISO will only read the 1st ~2gigs of the disk

if this is the case reburn in nero with force xbox compatibility mode checked

YES, This Will Fix Your Issue.

Files should launch in XBMP Using UDF with no problem.
