I have this happening to the PC all the time.
All the crap that si one there makes it slow down. Rebuilding the system speeds it up again. But do I know what works? no.

Hmm. i hardly have any problems with XNS, but I only use audio files (it's basically my stereo now). I also don't have that many game saves.

I have the same problem, I've ran through everything that was posted here but nothing works, I've had this problem in the past but just retarting the box a few times, or playing a game for a bit, then restarting ussually resovled it. I think it's a cache issue though, the settings to "reserve cache" must ahve something to do with it.

Well, your experience is similar to whta most of us encounter when using the other MSFT Universe -Windows. I don't know why my computer stops working or slows down, but wiping the hardrive and reinstalling everything helps most of the time.

Now I am afraid of upgrading my dash...

Yes. . . I am having similiar problems with xbmp23... whenever i try to connect to xns server it freezes...... Some times it does.. well most time it does any way.... and some times it freezes at the evox loading screen... and some times when i reboot after it freezes it in xbmp it will freeze in the boot screen "matrix inside" thing... i will try what people have suggested....
