4. Read the XBMP manual on their site.  www.xboxmediaplayer.de

That will give you all the answers that you need.  Once you have done that then come back and ask questions.

1. Xbox Media Player is the same thing that the Windows media player is for a computer, except it is for an Xbox.

2. It can play music, movie, and launch your programs.

3. You can download look on mirc channel #xbmp.

4. You ftp it onto your xbox just like other programs, but you also have to configure it, just as it says in the manual found at www.xboxmediaplayer.com.

By the way the site has a forum all about the media player.
