First off Belokk, a build is released everyday.  That's why they are called daily CVS builds.

Secondly stuorguk, what XBMP version are you currently using that SMB isn't working?  I just upgraded to build #18 yesterday; however, previously I have v2.2 point, v2.3 point, and v2.3b10 and they all worked great with SMB.  You could try rolling back to a previous build to see if you can get SMB to work.  If you can't get any of these to work you might have a setup issue, try getting the XBMPed program off http://www.xboxmediaplayer.de.  It's a windows based program that will generate config.xml files for you since it not working might be a config issue.

Finally LepPper, what issues are you having with the TV Guide?  I previously have build #10 and just upgraded to build #18.  I can't get it to work either.  I followed the directions and generated the list.xml file.  The TV Guide will display and I can enable/disable the real channel names; however, I don't see any programming information.  When viewing the list.xml file, it appears that everything is there.  Is this the issue your also having?

I am getting "Cannot Find listing.xml in home directory"  which I have placed it there but I am thinking that I have a lot of error's in my config.xml or what not.  I am gonna start it up from scratch later tonight and I will let you know.
