I'm having a strange problem.  I have XBMP installed as my default dashboard on the HD (using cut & xbe file on c and xbmp in e:appsxbmp).  What I'm trying to do is create a boot disk that will boot XBMP with some alternate shares on it to keep the kids out of 'trouble'.  HD has point release on it boot disk has CVS release on it so I can verify that it is actually booting from the CD.  It will always pull the config.xml file from the HD no matter what I do.  

Change config.xml in e:appsxbmp and both HD boot and CD boot will read that file.  I have not tried switching back to evox for dashboard and trying that but this just seems like it should work!  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
