Aspect Ratios

K, movies are different aspect ratios obviousbly.. For example lord of the rings is narrower (2.35:1) while Billy Madison is (1.85:1).  If i have a divx movie of say Lord of the Rings, how can i get it to NOT fill the whole screen?  I have a widescreen tv - but for 2.35 movies, there should still be some small black bars on top and bottom.  Is the only option to calibrate the player so that the aspect ratio looks right, or is this impossible.

thanks man, that worked, i didnt know about the skins.ini widescreen setting.

A thought for the future, 4x3 movies and tv shows should have a setting to auto stretch while not stretching widescreen content.  Personally, owning a widescreen tv, any content that is 4x3 i try to stretch out to aviod burn in, so its a small pain to change the screen options everytime i switch between the 2 aspect ratios.
